Refund eligibility
Refunds are eligible only if no development work has started within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
- Any custom code, UI/UX work, API integration, or feature-specific development is non-refundable once production has begun or partial delivery has been made.
- If a customer is accidentally charged twice for the same service or milestone, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction after verification.
- If AppForge fails to deliver the agreed scope due to internal error or cancellation from our side, the client may receive a partial or full refund depending on progress.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
