AppForge Usage Agreement

By using AppForge’s services, tools, or development support, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All code, prototypes, and digital assets delivered as part of our service remain the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AppForge reserves the right to reuse non-client-specific technical components (e.g. UI templates, SDK wrappers, backend snippets) across other projects.

• We guarantee fair use of third-party APIs, SDKs, and services under their own licenses (Firebase, AdMob, Play Services, etc). The client is responsible for any app store compliance or age rating policy infringements related to their content or monetization.
• Any service interruptions, delivery delays, or missed features due to external platform changes (e.g. Google Play updates, SDK deprecations) will be discussed and resolved in good faith.
• Unauthorized redistribution or resale of AppForge work, tools, or private methods is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may lead to project termination.

For billing, project changes, or dispute resolution — please refer to the official service agreement signed at the start of cooperation.
